CONFERENCE THEME: FERMATA: AN INTERLUDE FOR GROWTH. 
A fermata is a musical pause that denotes sustaining a note, chord, or rest beyond its natural duration, often leading to a dramatic shift in energy.   Like a performer who comes to a fermata and pauses before moving forward, it is our hope that conference participants and presenters take the opportunity to hold space for emerging voices and reflexively engage in the momentum of deeper learning.  *
